About this site
This website is an online showroom for Unique Bath Plumbing. It displays products and specifications for reference; it does not offer online ordering, payment or checkout. Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order.
Quotations and pricing
Prices are quoted per project. A fixture price depends on the item, the existing rough-in, any valves or connections needed and installation access, so figures are confirmed only after we have seen the site or your measurements. A written quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote.
Products and finishes
Finishes vary between production batches, and screens render colour differently. Photographs on this site are indicative — the fixture supplied will be from current stock and may differ slightly in tone. We will confirm the exact model and finish in writing before ordering.
Availability
Stock and lead times change. Availability shown here is a guide and is confirmed in writing when we quote. Where an item is discontinued or delayed by the manufacturer, we will offer the closest equivalent for your approval before ordering.
Enquiries and communication
Submitting the enquiry form asks us to contact you about that enquiry by phone, email or — if you have given SMS consent — text message. How we handle those details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Installation
Installation is carried out by our team within the Calgary area. Site access, water shut-off, existing rough-in and cabinetry must be ready as agreed; additional visits caused by unready sites may be chargeable. Where existing pipework, valves or supply lines are found to be unserviceable, we will tell you before proceeding and quote any extra work separately.
Warranty and after-sales
Our installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to the fixtures themselves — faucets, toilets and seats — and we will pass on the details with your paperwork. Damage from misuse, harsh or abrasive cleaners, freezing, water quality or third-party alterations is not covered.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photography, text and layout, belongs to Unique Bath Plumbing and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
