When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address and mobile number you enter, along with any message and the product the enquiry relates to. If you subscribe to updates we store your email address for that purpose only. We do not operate a cart or take payment on this site, so no card or billing details are collected.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box on our quote form, we may text you about your enquiry — appointment reminders, estimate updates and job scheduling. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and we record the date and time you gave it.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry: to prepare a quote, confirm availability, arrange a showroom visit, a site visit or installation, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and after-sales support, then deleted or anonymised.
Who else sees it
Only our team and the service providers who host this website and deliver our email. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to work, plus basic analytics to understand which products are viewed. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
